1. Are you consuming way to many carbs for your activity level? Maybe, you are eating too many carbs at the wrong time of the day. Here is a solution for you. Stack you carbs. In the morning eat like a King, at lunch eat like a queen, and at dinner eat like a pauper. Eat the most of your carbs in the morning meal, a moderate amount of carbs at lunchtime, and almost no carbs at dinnertime.
