My mission is to enlighten and motivate women to not just settle for what life hands to them. I want to empower them to take the reins of their life and shape their own destiny. What a better way to improve yourself than through your health and fitness? Women are caretakers of everyone in their lives; sometimes at the expense of themselves. I want women to be the best that they can be and push beyond their comfort zones to achieve what they dream about by breaking society's rules and making their own rules.
